There has been a lot of improvement in the newton location over the past year with the new management, but the weight room still lacks needed supervision to: -proactively conserve equipment from damage and improper use (ie. equipment abuse) - monitor and mange individuals using multiple stations or equipment at a time (ie. supersets and circuits) Overall, the gymgoers I know are helpful, friendly and generally respectful, so the experience is satisfying. When The weight room wipes run out they are sometimes unavailable for a couple of days, but the cardio floor is always stocks.

Peoples talk on phones loudly and continuously, nobody stop them. Second sometimes music is too loud.

Need more equipment so that waiting time is less. Should be batter ventilation, it would be great if there is a sawana like Reccentre. The staff is nice and helpful.
