Christina Adams epitomizes loyalty, integrity, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. She began her sales habit at the age of 15, assisting her “Mega Agent” Mom in running a successful real estate firm. After high school, Christina attended USF where she earned a Masters Degree in Social Science Education. While in college, Christina continued to work real estate and following graduation, she went part time with real estate to pursue a teaching career with the Hillsborough County School Board. Christina soon learned that though she loved teaching, her time in the classroom prevented her from providing the excellent customer service to her clients that she’d come accustomed to, so she made the decision to devote her time to the career she loved; Real Estate.
Christina is a devoted mom who believes all great things in her life are directly linked to the blessings of God. She devotes her free time to helping those less fortunate and is a member of multiple local community organizations. Real estate is more second nature than work for her and her studies in education have proven to give her a solid foundation for which to educate each client through the process for each sale and purchase, bringing ease to what can otherwise be confusing. Christina has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.
When it comes to real estate, you won’t find a more detail oriented Realtor in protecting the interests for her clients. Her negotiation skills are second to none because she knows the business inside and out. She’s been coined “Mama Bear” by her colleagues for her “protective personality” with every unique transaction. She prides herself on her commitment to providing a “win – win” situation for her clients and keeps their unique real estate goals as her #1 priority. From the initial phone call, through closing and beyond, her clients are free to contact her directly on her cell phone, 7 days a week. Five words to describe Christina are; integrity, loyalty, commitment, passion and fun!
“When you truly love what you do, it’s very difficult to call it work” – Christina
