We have had elevator issues for months and it has yet to be resolved. The door has been closing after about 45 seconds On the 5th floor. We also have cables grinding on the elevator for months as well. We have given so many calls to both the companies hotline and the Stamford, ct sales rep personally and still nothing has gotten resolved. The matters are even worse now, repairmen have come to work on the issue only to make the door close slower on every floor. The cables to be replaced has been forever “being shipped”.
It’s a hit or miss getting a return call from the sales rep and when they arrive there is no heads up or follow up at all of the progress of work that has been done or needed.
The contract and bills come in very quickly for the job needed… but once they get that check you see no progress.
It’s almost been a year and this building has the same issues.
The only one who actually communicates and care about the issue is the usual repairman in charge of our building. Unfortunately no one communicates or gives him the right tools for the job.
I wish there was some supervisor that would be willing to pull everything together and know how to get the job done.
As for now I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this company. I’ve used other elevator company’s and this one so far has been the worst on both communication with the property and progress in repair
