My dogs hated this place. They were pacing and anxious the entire time, based on the cameras. The “play area” is overcrowded and poorly supervised. After 3 days of boarding, one of my dogs came home with an eye infection and a cough (dog is fully vaccinated) and the other had an injury to her paw. The blanket I left with them was returned to me covered in feces. The employees do not appear to know the difference between a collar meant for a 100lb dog, and one meant for a puppy, and managed to squeeze a puppy-sized collar on my big dog at the time of pick up.
All of this, and the place is ridiculously overpriced, and demands an “interview” prior to boarding (and scheduling for the interview requires 6 weeks advance notice). I’ve owned dogs for over 30 years, and have boarded at several different places. I would never take my pups back here. There are many other better options for dog boarding in the area.
