At The Law Offices of Cameron D Simpson, P.A, a personal injury law firm in Fort Walton Beach, we are all about firm but compassionate advocacy. In a legal area with so much pain and stress involved, you need an attorney who is not just an aggressive experienced litigator but also truly understands the emotional side of what is happening in your case. From car crashes and slip-and-fall accidents to workers’ compensation and disability benefits, we know how to secure what you need in any situation. We also provide strong wrongful death representation for Florida families who have lost loved ones due to another’s actions. I am attorney Cameron D. Simpson, and practicing law is in my blood. My father was a lawyer, and I followed in his footsteps, graduating from Mercer University School of Law cum laude in 1985. For the first few years of my career, I handled insurance defense and litigated countless workers’ compensation cases. Today, I use the insight I gained defending the insurance companies to more effectively pursue compensation on behalf of accident victims and disabled individuals in Florida. Let me help you too. I focus my practice on: Personal injury cases ranging from car/motorcycle accidents to slip-and-fall accidents Workers’ compensation cases involving injuries or illnesses sustained on the job Social Security Disability cases ranging from initial applications to appeals In my spare time, I am a sponsor for PAWS (Panhandle Animal Welfare Society) for Wounded Warriors, a charity that provides therapy dogs to injured soldiers. I am also an avid supporter of the local Choctawhatchee High School football and cheerleading teams, and two of my favorite sports are Formula 1 racing and tennis.
