Rick and Josie came out to my house with samples already in hand to start the thinking process. I can tell they have been doing this for a long time because of the knowledge they were able to share in order to make sure the job is done right and to your liking. I had gone through a few other contractors prior to coming across Caliber Flooring. I just felt a lot more comfortable with their approach and their expertise. The prices were very comparable but possibly even less with the amount of detail and care they are putting in to making sure the floors are done right. I wanted to redo the upstairs because it was carpet. He showed me the areas in the bathrooms where there were previous defects and let me know he could do the bathrooms at the same time and the price was so reasonable to have everything done at the same time, might as well right? I really appreciated the extra mile they went to pick out a few tile options for me and give me the samples to take to my house to make sure I can physically compare the tiles inside my home. Samples looks different in different lighting and settings! Take the samples and compare a few in your home! When it came down to the main flooring, I was given the rundown of the differences between hardwood, vinyl, and laminate. I already hardwood floors on the first floor and wanted to make it match or complement the upstairs without getting hardwood floors again. We went with the laminate and it looked amazing! There were some things that came up during installation that could not be predicted. I was just very please with the communication Rick had during the entire process. No surprises, just honest explanations. Unexpected changes should be something everyone should anticipate in big projects. Not everyone in this world is out to take your money. Good services deserve appropriate compensation. I'd continue to work with Caliber Flooring Solutions for any future work and am planning to do so already! Caliper flooring was referred to me by my cabinet installer. Caliper went the extra mile to assist me in picking my flooring as I had been floundering for sometime ( green colorblind). They came out to my home and saw my environment and bright samples that work work well with my natural wood cabinets. They were not necessarily the cheapest but because of their excellent customer care I choose them. Glad I did because the final installation was done very well as scheduled and on time.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Caliber Flooring replaced all floors, baseboards, casings and added a tile entryway turning my husband and I's first house into a home. Rick and Josie were great to work with. We established an initial date for install of tile flooring and baseboards, but I asked them to check in with me if there were any cancelations that came up. They did just that and let me know every time they got freed up and they worked with my schedule to try to get the project done quicker. Also they were flexible to provide last minute add-ons, which I decided the day of installation to add casing around my doors. The finish result looks great and I was happy with the process. Rick's guys were great and did a wonderful job. There were some minor small misses but they came back the next day to resolve it quickly, and again it was super minor miniscule things but appreciate it getting resolved quickly. Overall super happy with the experience, the price was fair, and would definitely use them again for other projects.

Look no further! Caliber Flooring Solutions is the company you are looking for! My floors where old tiles that were broken, ugly and shifty. I knew this was going to be a big job and the foundation underneath the tiles needed repaired before new flooring could be installed. I received other estimates, but I wasn't feeling confident about them. Then I met Rick and he answered all of my questions before I even asked. I instantly knew that he knew exactly what I needed and helped me decide on the waterproof vinyl. It rained the day they came to remove the old flooring and install the laminate but that didn't stop them and the job was done in 2 days. The installers are great guys and did a wonderful job. One thing I have learned about home improvement projects is to NOT go with the lowest bidder. Especially when it comes to flooring. It is worth is to pay more for quality and experience. Rick and team were great to work with. Very timely with excellent craftsmanship. The team did a full demo of our bathroom and added new floor and wall tile. They completed the job in 2.5 days. My family is very pleased with the new look!

They provided an estimate of the cost within one day and we scheduled an installation date. Installation was fast and very professional. The results are beautiful. It could not be better.
