Dr. Bell earned his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania and completed his residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Bell has medical privileges at Jefferson Hospital.
