TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! My story -- I scheduled an appointment and was informed the technician would arrive between 12-5pm and it was impossible to provide a more specific timeframe. I called in twice and told the service team I had an hour drive to get to the property and needed a more specific timeframe. 4pm arrives AND STILL no technician calling me or informing me the appointment would need to be rescheduled. I called in again to the service team - they were both rude and unappreciative of their scheduling mistakes. They would not offer any discounts, reimbursements or even acknowledge that I was ignored as a paying customer. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I will never use the company again or recommend their services.
