I had my brakes replaced 8 months ago because my front wheels were wobbling badly. They said they did not feel any wobbling…. Later that day, Bommarito claimed that my pads and rotors were bad. So I agreed to replace the front brakes. Now I’m having the same problem once again and they say the brakes are bad again. 8 months later!?!?! In my 40 years of driving, I have NEVER had to replace brakes in 8 months. EVER!! Mazda brakes are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, according to Bommarito…. Apparently not.
Terrible company to work with and terrible attitude from the service “specialist”. She was rude and acted as if she couldn’t care less about my issue. Our family will never buy a vehicle from Bommarito again OR use them for any type of service/repairs. Embarrassingly bad ALL AROUND…. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
