When I discoveredj after the warranty period that a contractor installed garbage had been improperly installed jand was basically hanging under the sink, about to fall, the company sent me a form letter, telling me I should have waited for the intial contractor to repair the item, which was leaking and about to fall off. Ridiculous. I was not treated with respoect or courtesy. The fix came out of my pocket 100 percent, though it was their error.

I wanted a home in East Boise and the home I found was perfect! The quality is superb - the home is finished to perfection, the finishing and appliances are top notch. The home was finished when promised and I was able to move according to schedule. My experience was seamless - Kami Brant was a pleasure to work with in my purchase and made herself readily available. My home orientation was helpful and Laz was patient and thorough.
