This company was supposed to send our HOA board an estimate to replace meter boxes as there was a surge and threy are damaged, leaving 6 residents without any power. We called Birdsong because and explained the urgency. An estimate was promised and we never received one. They will not return our calls either.
We have 6 residents without power.
I would recommend against using this company if you have a serious problem that needs immediate attention.
