When you try to talk to a teacher they dismiss you (like Miss Sharron did to me) or tell you the have no idea what happened during the day. ( Mr. Clay was notorious for that comment) They yell at the child during nap time that horrified me when I witnessed it. I was called to pick up my child because he refused to go outside. When I got there no one could tell me where he was and Director Gena's comment was she was busy on a zoom meeting and had no idea. I finally found him outside playing nicely. They have no idea how to be child care providers at this location.
