I personally met Natasha while visiting my daughter in Mansfield, TX driving from Atlanta, GA. Subsequent to meeting her, I signed up for her online personal training program. I have only spent almost six hours with Natasha and I have learned an incredible amount of information about my personal health. Prior to becoming a client, I purchased a Tuff Stuff home gym right at the start of the pandemic (over 2 years ago). I started using the gym immediately and completed a workout plan from over 30 exercises with the gym.
During my sessions with Natasha, I realized instantaneously that I was not completing the various exercises correctly. Natasha pointed out “delicately” that I had been just burning calories and not really working out the muscles. I was burning calories during my workouts for six days a week for almost one hour a day. Once I started my sessions with Natasha, I learned tips from her critiques of staying in control of the exercises, form, medial deltoid, scapular retraction, concentric versus eccentric contractions and during some of the exercises of simply; 1) transverse movements, 2) dorsi-flexing feet during certain leg exercises, 3) staying at 90% angle with my arms, 4) not lifting over my head, etc. I could really see the differences right away with these directions. My workout went from one hour to 30 minutes and I could really see and feel the difference. I strongly believe I could benefit tremendously more if I could receive in-personal training.
However since I am in Atlanta and she won’t move, I have no other option than to do online. She has made the online very similar to her being right here in my exercise room with the zoom sessions using not one or two cameras but three. She definitely is a master in her field and knows her trade very well. She is flexible and has been patience and understanding, although I can sometime be a “little” difficult and somewhat “OCD”.
I just learned in a recent MRI that I injured my shoulder during my two years using my home gym as a result of not using my equipment correctly and not having a personal trainer and having not yet met Natasha. She has agreed to continue to work me and demonstrate how to use my equipment correctly and work within the limitation of my shoulder injury until I am completed healed from the injury. I am in my 60s’ and with Natasha professional personal training via online, I will continue to be in good physical health well into my 90s’. I thank her and my friend/ex-coworker in Dallas who referred me to her!
