I found myself in a debt trap and ready to give up. I answered the call, and they came up with a reasonable payment plan for my unique situation. They were sensitive, and after I was done paying off what I thought was impossible, it was removed from my credit and lifted off my shoulders!! Finally!! It feels good. Thanks, guys!!!

It might sound weird to be grateful for a debt collector, but Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services saved me behind! I worked with them for a few months to get my debt straightened out, and they were only ever courteous and helpful during that time. They helped me avoid additional loan fees, identified a loan I had not yet consolidated, and then walked me through the process to correct this.

I appreciated that their staff treated me respectfully instead of yelling at me the way debt collectors have in the past. They let me get on a payment plan that fits my budget, which helps a lot, especially in times like these.

I am trying to obtain a home loan. When the loan company ran my credit report, they came across a Dentist bill for my daughter over six years ago that was never turned into my insurance company but turned over to BCRS for collection. When I contacted Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services, I spoke to their rep. She listened to my situation and was very understanding. She worked very closely with me that day and since. I paid the collection, and she has been most helpful in getting this collection off my credit reports.

I got to talk to Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services, and I cannot say enough about her fantastic customer service. They acknowledged an error, gave me information to get it fixed, and were just an all-around fantastic agency to talk to. Keep up the excellent work!
