I bought a Rolex President years ago from Beckertime. I recently asked them to assist me with my watch and although they did not have to do anything, both Matt and Jennifer went overboard in their efforts to assist me. I cannot say enough about their great service! I cannot see why anyone would shop elsewhere for a used Rolex. Excellent service, years of top rated performance and solid backup when you need work done on your watch, even years after purchase! Great people to work with.

Purchase a Rolex watch from Beckertime a couple of years ago, the price was reasonable; after @ 9 months the watch stopped and would not function. I called the toll free number, they told me to to ship it back, they cleaned and repaired it a no cost to me. I'm very sanctified with their service (5.0 in all categories). Bob Burch Ohio

I can't recall a better or smoother transaction than my recent experience with Beckertime involving the purchase of a vintage Rolex watch. The fact that it was a major purchase completed long-distance made it all the more rewarding. In the days leading up to the close of the sale I had the pleasure of speaking with several members of the staff. Without exception, each and every one was impressively helpful, polite and familiar with their product. Jennifer was especially attentive in making sure every last detail about my purchase was to my full satisfaction. The watch itself is a testament all on its own, exceeding my every expectation. I highly recommend Beckertime to anyone who may be considering a vintage Rolex. Like the fine watches they sell, Beckertime is first class all the way.

This is the 3rd trade up I have done with Beckertime and each time is truly a great experience. I wore each of my Rolex's for 2 to 3 years, was credited my full purchase price, and each time traded up to another style/model. They do what they say. A very pleasant experience.

Bit of a story, but to be brief, I bought a Rolex from them in Dec 2008 - yes 2008, for my wife. I do not recall the specifics of their website at the time, but it obviously has improved in terms of data presented and user friendly features. Well I sent her watch off to Rolex in NY for work and it came back with a "no-can-do" note because two pieces were not original Rolex pieces. So as you can imagine I contacted Jennifer at Beckertime and explained the situation. They asked that I send them the watch, which I did ? and with a couple of days I had an explanation that made perfect sense ? and I might add the Rolex folks worded their response to me that while not incorrect, was worded to create doubt vice a thorough explanation. As it turned out, the custom features on the watch are common additions to these types of watches with diamonds added to the face of the watch. Same for the band ? common to have the standard band replaced with a custom band. If you have been to their site, you now know this is fully disclosed for each timepiece. Jenifer was terrific with the details as well as standing by their lifetime trade up as I received the full original purchase price towards a new upgraded model ? so the wife is happy, Jennifer is happy and so am I. I will purchase from them again and thoroughly enjoyed the learning and the end result.

It was a very easy Internet transaction. I live in NYC, it was easy to get in touch with them on the phone or by email. I went into a reparable high end Rolex dealer in NYC and the service person was so impressed by the quality and appearance.. My pre-owned is a 1978 model.. It was an excellent Internet buying experience. 5 Star!!

I purchased a Rolex watch in the spring of 2015 over the net (Ebay) from Becker Time. I have waited "SEVERAL" years before actually buying a Rolex watch. It seemed there was always something that I needed worse than a Rolex watch. However, I have to say that not only the transaction was "SMOOTH and EASY" but the reception and service provided me by BeckerTime astonished me! I had a small problem with my new watch which required me to return it to Becker Time shortly after I received my watch. I have to admit I was wondering at the time if I had bought a "Lemon".
