Started off great, turned bad quickly. After discussing prices over the phone with Patty, I was accused of underpaying by denying she ever quoted me. They were a no show no call. Switched my appointment time multiple times the same day. THEN!! Told me three separate charges for three dogs and then charged me more than what they demanded to begin with! My dogs were fine. The job was fine. The customer service and lack of commitment to scheduling as well as an increase in price after the job is done is not ok. Charged me more than I would ever be willing to pay for a bath and nail trim. I reached out to the company for resolve and they did not reply! I would NOT use this company!
