Ben, had an enjoyable experience, and I was fast, and literally felt absolutely nothing was in and out and completely satisfied with my purchase. That made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and would definitely come back again for another piercing.

Me personally I will never shop there again in my lifetime. Their quality of jewelry is terrible. Made very poorly . Falls apart warranty isn't good for the cheap jewelry they make that falls apart. Bad experience with their products a few times . I'll never go back

This company is the worst. I ordered 3 pieces of jewelery, 2 of which got cancelled after they already shipped the first one, and they wouldn't let me order anything else before charging me full shipping price. I had to pay 7 dollars for shipping on a $3 clearance item. When I contacted the customer service they told me they were sorry for the inconvenience but they wouldn't give me any free shipping codes to reorder the other 2 pieces, or refund any of my purchase.

My experience with this business was horrible. The ring I purchased which was not cheap I received a dented banged up ring with Google showing a 30% discount and have emails confirming I will get this discount and they charged my credit card full price. I question if this is a legit company as can’t get a resolution period from the company. Do not purchase from this company. They do not honor the 30% off that specifically states on Google along with emails confirmation I would get the discount. Do not buy from this business. They charge your credit card the full amount and not the 30% discount and the jewelry is cheap as I received my ring damaged with a big dent in the ring.

This company should CLOSE!!!! Made a purchase and the package is no where to be found, the customer service reps have no idea what they are talking about each time they call the stories just don't match. This company refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. I am disgusted!! Do not buy from them!!!
