Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Porsche in after an uninsured driver hit my car. Todd preceded to point out every single unnecessary thing to the relatively light damage as needed to be repaired so I already had a bad feeling but chose to be optimistic…until I received the email for a $10,000 estimate!!! I was told originally to go to another person named Sara who was unfortunately busy and had to pass me over to Todd, so I emailed her about my clearly being screwed over, the next day received a very nice email from her and her supervisor apologizing and offering to give me a new estimate….only to be ghosted for almost 3 weeks now after trying to follow up to set up the new estimate (even after 2 attempted follow up emails) So ladies especially, do NOT go here because they’ll just try to rip you off.
