AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went to this location (AT&T S621) to get my AT&T mobile hotspot reactivated. Let me say that the majority of personal at this location are extremely nice. However, I was very clear and said if they could not activate this device, as long as I could get the credit (money back), it was fine as it is an older device. WHAT I wasn't told, was that for pre-paid, they will NOT credit your card back, but will credit your account. But I can't have a pre-paid account when there is no device attached to it. AND there is where the issue started. They could not activate the device. But you have to pre-pay for the new SIM card to activate, and since that couldn't be done, that is when I was informed that they couldn't credit back my card, but would give me a credit to my account. To which I said - I don't have any other AT&T device aside from my home internet (Uverse). They said they could move the credit there. Totally fine. And I was really nice about the whole situation and super patient about things. Fast forward to reviewing several days later, no credit is showing on my Uverse account. I then spend almost 2 hours on the phone and AT&T chat, with 9 transfers trying to get this sorted out. JUST to be told to go back to the store to get this resolved. Go to the store. My info gets taken for the Supervisor (Daisy) to take care of since she is apparently the only one who can. Nothing. I go in a 3rd time to get resolved almost a month later. Daniel (manager of the day?) can't do anything without Daisy. I email him all he requests and he is supposed to call me by 5/24 (this started on 4/22). NOTHING. I email him requesting an update. Again - NOTHING. I call the store again. Same story - Daisy has to facilitate. She is in a meeting and will call me back. That was 6/1. I have now disputed the charge and am writing this review. Really disappointing experience all around.
