This company charged me $366.91 to clean the electrical contacts on my boiler and it still isn't working. This charge seems to include a labor charge of $140 per hour to make a 40 minute trip to Home Depot to pick up a can of WD-40 electrical contact cleaner. This seems like something a plumbing and heating company should carry on their service vehicle. Although I still have not received an itemized bill, it looks like they charge me about $50 for that can of WD-40. And, by the way, there is a local hardware store less than 2 miles from my property, and I am pretty confident that they sell WD-40.
