Arctic Coolers, Inc. is a leader in the bottleless water cooler industry with clients located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond, including PA, NJ, DE, MD, Southern NY, and Northern VA. The company was created in 1986 by Andy Pearl, a certified health nut. He believed that the quality of water was more important than the quantity of water that you drink. He also believed that there was a more hygienic way to have fresh filtered water at point of use, rather than bottled and delivered in big heavy water jugs. We pride ourselves on innovative, cutting edge technology and customer service that is the best in the business.

Artic is always prompt when I call for service. Being a school, we start early/end earlier in the day than most normal businesses. They always accommodate our schedule. They send someone out for regular maintenance even when I forget to call! They have always given us a good deal when we need to update the equpment. Highly recommend their services.

My biggest issue with companies is not being perfect but how you handle it when your not. One of our water cooler developed a major leak and it was no problem for Arctic to take care of it.
