This was m first visit. Thankfully I had a check book on me when I paid, they did not tell me at time of booking that they only take cash or check. I stood at front for 1 minutes while they talked to each other prior to anyone greeting me. I have a toy poodle, and while the cut is what I asked, it was very choppy. The last place I was at, closed. I was hoping for the same friendly and personal experience. I felt like it was a factory ( get the dogs in and get them out).
