I am only giving one star, because zero stars is not available. My wife and I have brought two animals, one Boston terrier dog, and one 1-year-old cat to ACC in the last 60 days. Both family pets, have passed or died, within 5 days of visiting this vet. Most recently are one-year-old cat, who is a special needs. Has passed. We were working with a specific vet, that new all of her needs and her history. That vet is on vacation, so for emergencies, we returned to ACC, and used a different vet. We were givien a $500 bill, and wish the best of luck. The vet onsite, refused to contact our vet that knew the history, because she is on vacation. The vet is also refusing to take any responsibility, even though the only changes in our cat, is her visit to ACC in South Elgin.
What you do with your family? Members/pet, is up to you. If you wish for your pet to continue living past 7 days after a visit to ACC, find a new vet.
