The biffy is a wonderful product. The biffy people are very courteous and reliable. We would recommend the biffy to our family and friends. It's been a pleasure.

After a delayed ordered time I received the Biffy. Installed, but didn't like the plastic T connection, so I used the metal connection I already had . Plugged it in and it would not work. Tried a transformer from my sprinkler system (same voltage, amp) and it burned up. Got my volt meter and tested and found the Biffy had a direct short. Called and after some discussion, they sent a complete new Biffy. Recived and installed and works great. Been around six monhs and really enjoying it.

I have purchased several Biffy devices. Only one had a leak and it was resolved easily and quickly. Most of my family has now come into the Biffy family.

I now own my third Biffy and dearly love it. When I am away from home I miss it and look forward to getting back to it....finally got a heater and it is nice but the basic one is what I find so useful. I don't know why all retirement homes don't have it as part of their bathrooms. We live in one now and everyone would benefit from it. My husband refuses to use it and I don't understand.

I have purchased several of these over the years. For me, the Biffy works okay, but it doesn't get everything. I wish it had a slight left/right adjustment for the times the brown-round isn't directly on ground zero!
