It was easy to install, and we are very pleased with the Biffy. The only improvement could be that the water would not start instantly to give more control over where the initial spray goes.

I bought my first one in 2009. I have since bought 3 more for family members. Also I convinced 2 of my friends to each buy one. In every case, they all say their Biffy is one thing they never want to be without.

I bought the Biffy Bun Warmer in May 2013. Unfortunately, the sprayer leaked after a few times of use. I called American Biffy and they immediately sent me a new sprayer without any hassle. The unit delivers warm water just enough for a single person since the heater will take time to reheat the water in the chamber that holds about over a gallon of water. This bidet sprayer is expensive but it is the only kind in the market with its own heated water chamber. You could get a competitor's sprayer at half price connected to your shower but then you will waste a lot of water each time you use it before you get the desired temperature since your heated water will have to flow through the house piping first. After a year and a half, the water supply line broke. The plastic piping inside the tube cracked and I have to replace the tubing. The sprayer also started leaking, due to mineral deposits and you have to clean the sprayer to make it work or replace it with a $45 hand sprayer bidet kit. The support foam that holds the water chamber also detached from it's base unit, but that is easily rectified. Nevertheless, I still would buy the same bidet despite the above problems encountered.

I love my Biffy. It is very easy to hook up and use. Never felt cleaner after a bathroom visit. I show it to everyone who visits. My husband and I even bought one and installed it on my daughters toilet so we wouldn't be without our Biffy when we visited her.

We LOVE our biffy and have never gone without one since our first purchase. We have also bought them for our three kids and our cabin. The only drawback to me is he plastic handle breaks rather easily and for the price that is disapointing. Ours have never lasted more than a year.

After a delayed ordered time I received the Biffy. Installed, but didn't like the plastic T connection, so I used the metal connection I already had . Plugged it in and it would not work. Tried a transformer from my sprinkler system (same voltage, amp) and it burned up. Got my volt meter and tested and found the Biffy had a direct short. Called and after some discussion, they sent a complete new Biffy. Recived and installed and works great. Been around six monhs and really enjoying it.
