the biffy product design lends itself to early breakage. the concept is fantastic and I will never be willingly without some form of the Biffy product. It is just civilized!

I hate travelling now because I have to use toilet paper while on the road.

I am very happy with the bidet. My only complaint is that the water temperature is not consistent. When the water initially comes out of the tank, it is too hot and is uncomfortable for the person sitting on the toilet. It takes several seconds for it to reach a more tepid temperature.

It's great, have 2, my son has one and I have a spare. The foam/rubber pads W/screw suck, the screw pushes thru and scratches the porcelain on the stool. I used a 1/2" PVC plug, cut it down and the screws are buried and works, have 2 fitted that way. Work well
