I called to have a part replaced and it was discovered that I was close to the end of my warranty. Instead of forcing me to purchase another unit, my warranty was honored. You can't beat customer service like that.

I've been using a Biffy since 2006 and love it. My only complaint has been the quality of construction. My Biffy's have lasted from 3 months to 4 years before breaking. Joe has been great in fixing the broken ones and returning to me. But, it would be nice to not have to have them break so soon. It is a hassle to crawl under the commode to undo the water lines, then back again to redo everything when returned or new purchases. To date, I have purchased 3 chrome and 4 plastic. I have a chrome on one commode and a plastic on the other with 2 plastic in reserve for when I get a breakdown, I only have to crawl under the commode once to unhook and rehook during the same operation.

Hello over the past years of using your product I found that this toilet seat attachment has made a big difference. I just attached it to the back of the toilet seat instead of the front like the directions say. It solved the big problem of backsplash and cost next to nothing. This has made all the difference. I am very happy with the bidet. My only complaint is that the water temperature is not consistent. When the water initially comes out of the tank, it is too hot and is uncomfortable for the person sitting on the toilet. It takes several seconds for it to reach a more tepid temperature.
