I have three chrome and three nylon biffys plus three warmers. All three chrome became rusted and pitted and one of the warmers does not work. Even with these problems I believe they are among the best purchases I have ever made and would do it again. I prefer the chrome handles so I am having them painted black after sanding. With luck this will work.

I first ran across the Biffy at a Home & Garden show in Phoenix, AZ. Other than the seat pads coming unstuck on a regular basis, I've enjoyed the Biffy products very much.

Can'adjust flow a lot of times even with good pressure.Spacers for toilet seat should be a little higher. Other than a good unit. Bob Bryson

I love my Biffy's. The only objection I have is: I have the Biffy Chrome. The Chrome part is turning green and I cannot clean it.
