My newer biffy started leaking some after purchase. But it still works fine, I also ordered a biffy for an elongated bowl and it does not work quite right on the round bowl it is on. Thanks

I absolutely love the biffy and wouldn't have it any other way in my bathrooms. I have only 1 beef and that is after a period of time the biffy has a tendency to leak by the handle. I am praying that you find a fix for that as that is my only complaint and I have bought many of your biffys. It has repeated itself from year to year, same problem. LOVE THEM THO! Marie

I love my Biffy! And I tell all of my friends about how nice and clean it leaves you after each use! Everyone should have one - it should be standard on all toilets! Mine is leaking and I am a little disappointed by the fact that I cannot repair the leak with a simple I-ring or seal of any kind - Rick

The water warmer does not function well. Warm water quickly used. I question manner of cold water entry and mixing.

I loved the product, But it Broke about 6 months after install. I am a big man, and the weight of me on the toilet trying to use broke the handle. It should be made out of a heavier metal. I think it was made out of cast iron, or plastic. That is the reason I gave a 3 on quality.

Price is good, sooo much better to use then the $400 electronic models. service is good, once in a while I get one that leaks but it is replaced quickly. Helps with constipation, clean, easy to install.
