It was easy to install, and we are very pleased with the Biffy. The only improvement could be that the water would not start instantly to give more control over where the initial spray goes.

Even though the construction materials feel flimsy, I think the value is there for a device such as this. The design of the sprayer is great. The bumper pads are poorly designed. I have a hard seat and a plastic seat and in both cases, the porcelain bowl was damaged by the screw heads. Installation is straight forward. I had a Biffy repaired and it took a long time (2-3 months).

Excellent product. Should be installed in every new home built. I am an IBS sufferer and this has been a great help to me. I don't know why everyone doesn't know about this. Marketing staff needs to get to work!

I used to get a lot of hemorrhoids. After 2 brain surgeries and CFS leaks I wasn't able to push. My Biffy has been a life saver, literally. If you have a hard stool the Biffy helps wash it out. It helps cleanup after looser bowels too.

Biffy replaced a leaking unit promptly with only a phone call on my part. That was excellent customer service. Replacement unit has non-serious problem: rod which protrudes when water is spraying doesn't retract like it should. Needs to be nudged with my finger.

I have been using Biffy's wonderful products for over a decade now. At last count, I have purchase 6 Biffys as gifts, for office use and in my home. The product is just wonderful. Clean, easy to use and fun to have the grandkids get shown the product for the first time by having them lift up the lid and push on the water lever as is squirts up into their faces. Priceless.
