I love, love, love my Biffy and give it my highest praise. Any home that has a bathroom needs a Biffy (that would be every bathroom in America!)

Since putting in the Biffy, it has become "jerky" as in the opposite of smooth when it was installed. Still love it, though.

I like the adjustable pressure and the angle from the pivot arm. The chrome or nickel plating I good but can and pit with usage. I would like to see the engineering change to allow internal cleaning of the plastic line due to well water rust.

I purchased two units. One of them leaks all the time and can't stop it. It leaks inside the commode as well as from the control valve housing.

From the very first I loved my Biffy and was very very grateful when the Plastic arm (even though supported with a metal bar) was given an upgrade to be All Metal (the plastic DID break at one point). Other than that I have always been totally satisfied with the equipment, including the ambient warmer. I was very disappointed, however, when the travel bidet was discontinued and the one I had was inoperable. I subsequently was able to score an unused one from another source so that now I take it with me when I am away from home.

bought one for my wife's most-used bathroom in Palm Springs. within two weeks we had the other two Palm Springs bathrooms so outfitted. and a week later I installed them in both bathrooms at our weekend get-away in Big Bear Lake.

This is the first and only bidet I have used at home. I love it. I had a handyman install it with his strong hands. I have the unheated version and it's fine, even in cold winters. Hygiene much better!

My home will never be without a Biffy. Living in a warm climate - I have no issues with water temperature. The pressure adjustment is great. It works as it should always. I love it.
