I hired this business to install luxury vinyl flooring. The Bid included prepping the floors and fixing any loose board areas where there was squeaking when walking on the floor. Company only did part of the floor and did not complete this prep work prior to installing the floor. So squeaking remains in entryway with new flooring.
The floor was cut away from the interior door entry and shows a gap which requires repair. I informed the owner of the company and my message was ignored. The company did not respond at all. I paid for professional installation over the going rate per sq. ft. for my area because he assured me they do excellent work. I learned otherwise. I would not recommend this company to install flooring.
