Loved using Airport Express. Great drivers and all on a timely basis. We were picked up at the Jacksonville Airport right on time . They have the most wonderful drivers all friendly and great drivers. I would highly recommend anyone traveling in this area to use this service. I will use them again for sure.

I phoned the day before to book a ride from a hotel in St. Augustine to Jacksonville airport. Wayne was so pleasant and helpful. Tommy, the driver, arrived on time after phoning to let me know when he would pick me up and we had an interesting conversation on the way to the airport. I had to phone Wayne 4 days later to request a receipt for my ride (I mislaid the original) and he emailed me a copy within 1 minute of our phone call. Fantastic service - highly recommended.

This service is excellent in all respects. The vehicles were both very clean and in good condition. The driving was expert; the pickup was on time and very professionally done. I was also offered a much-appreciated bottle of water! I was very impressed at the quality of service at such an affordable price.
