I always seem to need a 4:00 A.M. pick up! Airport Express is always right on time and unlike me wide awake. Seriously, the best service around, friendly people and an great secure ride.

I've being a customer of Airport express for over five years. I used the service before in weekly bases and now every time we travel to Florida this is the only company I think of And each time I am satisfied with their service. The excellent customer service starts from the time I made the phone call all the way until I am taken to the airport. The owners are very honest and many times I had being directly drove by them when any of their drivers is not available which shows to me how committed and responsible they are with their clients. When I don't use the service, my mother does and the same she only trust their service. Because they are on time, and very safe drivers which adds more to my trust. Thank you so much for all these years of excellent service.

All of the drivers are professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. Airport Express offers the best rate to travel from Jacksonville to St. Augustine round trip. I cannot say enough about the pleasant journey I have had with each driver. I have used the service a dozen times and every time was a "home run", no pun intended! Satisfying experience from start to finish. It is always nice to be able to go on a weekend visit to Florida and not have to worry about anything but having a good time. Wayne and his drivers made sure of this. Both of our drivers were safe, kind, and punctual. We even had a significant flight delay early the morning we were supposed to leave and even though it was a busy day for the business, he worked us around and got us a later pick up time. This enabled us to spend four more hours with our friends whom we hadn't seen in a year and a half. We appreciate the great customer service that comes along with Airport Express of St. Augustine and if we ever come back, I know who I am calling.
