Continuously not happy with Adonis forced into a car I'm not at all happy with after the first car was a s*** show...yeah they replaced the car but only limited me to ONE option and I needed wheels to take care of business so yeah took the option didn't even try to look at if they had any options pretty much forced me to drive what they wanted me to drive...kept telling my salesperson I couldn't get into the cars that were in the same price bracket...people that were on the lot some customers were telling me don't do it...12000 car for 28000...now im stuck in a car i don't even like..I had the unpleasant experience of you guys fixing it. The customers pretty much does matter to your management your sales people try they hardest to make the customer happy and management disregards the customer and ties the salespersons hands. Lazy management because I was ready for the 2011 Altima which was cheaper and I was familiar with nissan. But the management said no because it was too much of a process to get the GPS installed. I even said I would wait and continue to make my payments until it was installed. But got a hard no. Like What is going on here?

Well I have been communicating with a person named Anthony VillaLobos for two weeks now at Riverside location and this man told me everything looked good on my application so I pay for a ride to the location today only to be told they could not help and I asked after sending my information if I would be able to drive off the lot after paying my down payment which was a lie but I heard from another man about their cars and I should have listened but no Anthony VillaLobos was like you good I feel they need to put someone there that will tell you only the truth I hope the lady that called while I was there read the reviews before she make a blank trip to see them because they are full of s--t hopefully soon that location will close because it a lousy business and I will tell everyone I know not to do business there
