Absolutely horrible business. They ignore every single phone call email or text you send them to try to get in contact with them. They do not follow up on maintenance request and they lie on the portal saying a maintenance request has been completed when it has not been. Went to whole year with my closet floor being ripped up and never replaced all the new flooring was sitting there for over a year in the closet. Neighbor flooded their apartment and it went into our apartment and it took very long for them to even address the issue. The minute you reach out trying to get help they literally will just ignore you and make up excuses why they can’t call you back.
Paid $1000 security deposit for an apartment that wouldn’t pass health code, building code, has open razors laying around, was the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen inside and likely should be condemned which means Shelby Lynne and the rest of 3GEN Real Estate should be ashamed for taking actual money for something so disgusting and dangerous. Not to mention the partially nude man who seems to have set up camp, openly on the property. Super unsafe. Shady to sell to a single mom with a 6 yr old and PROMPTLY ghost me when I explain I cannot have my child live there-and days later still have not one person respond to my refund demand, concerns or complaint. Calling the police. Scammers.
Definition of a slum lord. They will ignore every phone call, email, and maintenance request made and lie about maintenance being completed. The only way to even get an email back is to get the town health inspector involved and even then they still don’t do what they are legally obligated to do.
these people are the worst. multiple maintainence requests have gone unanswered for MONTHS. they don't even reply.

Terrible landlord. Never had contact with our agent. Many problems with the unit that would not be a problem if the building had any sort of upkeep. We went multiple times without heat. Our first month we payed for a washer/dryer we didn't have. When they (washer/dryer) arrived they flooded the floor and probably molded. We finally moved out after waste water seeped through the floorboards and ruined our stuff. It has almost been a week and we have not heard from the landlord even after being told the house was uninhabitable.
