This was my first time visiting, What made me have a pleasant visit was the receptionist and her willingness to make me feel welcome with her pleasant smile and patience, but what really got me, was how much attention to detail of the cleanliness in the waiting area the decor and how the receptionist was sanitizing the chairs, tables and counter. In all of my visits to the Doctors office, clinics and hospitals, I have never ever seen that type of sanitizing preformed. When I saw that, I knew that i was in a caring facility. I was impressed!! The shaft seemed very concerned about me as a patient. Mike was very informative and the Dr. Showed genuine concern.... Thank you XpressWellness Urgent care.

As always a very caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend them. Easier than sitting for hours in ER. Very thorough and roendly, clrearly explained what they are doing and explaing the diagnosis. After checking my X-ray for possible broken ribs noted another sign of possible danger, explained it to me and insured I knew to tell my doctor.

Great communication, friendly, quick, and provide testing to identify cause for illness. Facility is professional, upkept, and provide coffee and most importantly water. Best fast care place I ever went to.

Everyone was so nice to my sick 2 yr old, but Dr. Nancy was really great with him. He was scared to be at the doctor, but she made it so fun for him.
