Your NP, Valerie B., was absolutely wonderful. After two visits at another facility with my daughter, I did not leave this facility feeling my daughter was misdiagnosed yet again. My daughter is finally starting to look and feel better. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, willingness to listen, and for not brushing my kiddo off as just having a "cold" when it turned out to be so much more. I wish there were more people in the medical field like you. Everyone I came in contact with at this facility from the receptionist to the nurse was friendly. We will definitely be back when we need urgent care.
