I was verbally assaulted by Tad Reefer that is a "manager" at this location for asking questions about cancelling my membership and issuing a refund. Tad was extremely hostile to me over the phone, hung up in my face, and accused me of being the reason why he is filing for unemployment. Terrible customer service and extremely disgusting behavior.
