For the love of god don’t take your animals to this place if you care about them. They killed my dog caused him to go into anaphylactic shock and then let him suffer as his respiratory was going steadily up and then they tried to mark out the medications they gave him. This place needs to be shut down. I wonder how many animals they have killed and got away with it.

Woodland West let YouTube star Odin the German Shepherd SUFFER for 7 full days before offering help or medication, Odin DIED the 8th day. then, adding insult to injury, Dr Clupper of Woodland West officially offered Odins owners condolences FOR SOMEONE ELSES DOG. (Roxy, another they must have let die) Furthermore, Dr Clupper from Woodland West continues to insult the late Odins Grieving parents, by sending them a 10% off coupon and an official letter ADDRESS TO THE WRONG FAMILY (the Ferguson family, whoever that is). The level neglect and incompetence of Woodland West Animal Hospital is almost unbelievable, and it cost International YOUTUBE STAR Odin the German Shepherd his life. Avoid Woodland West if you value your beloved pet.

Koda just got home from a week long stay at the vet, where he was supposedly cared for by a doctor I never spoke to or saw. I was charged over $1,000 more than I was quoted without ever being contacted. We pay for his services and bring him home to immediately notice he’s very dirty and just really itchy. Upon further inspection we see he’s covered in little black dirty specks all over his head and face. And then we see fleas crawling through his fur mostly on his face. How could he spend a week at your facility and be receiving treatment from a vet every single day and yet no one noticed this? No one gave him a bath or flea medication the whole time he was there?
