Whitecastle is family-owned and operated in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide service to our local community and beyond. Our goal is to provide exceptional service that meets our high standards of excellence in safety, comfort, affordability, and reliability. With Whitecastle, we always want to know your name and will always treat you with respect. At Whitecastle Tours we believe that minimum safety requirements are just that-- minimum. We exceed recommendations and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our customers are safe at all times while in our care. We maintain proper licensing, insurance requirements, and we support a safe, drug free workplace! Additionally, all our drivers must pass period behind-the-wheel driving evaluations and hold a current medical clearance for driving a commercial passenger unit. In addition, we require ongoing driving training and testing. Your safety is our number one priority! We look forward to providing your group with safe, affordable, reliable transportation for any and all of your events!

Always a remarkable experience that ALL staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my last minute travel requests. From booking to closing, everyone does an outstanding job and customer service is gold star rated. Clean and reliable equipment with the most catering drivers.

The only recommendation I have is that you remove the bus wrap from the windows. Guests did not want to sit in the seats that were obstructed by the wrap. Driver was patient, safe, and great with guests!

Whitecastle Tours is an incredible company. Rich was my contact. He was very friendly, organized and helpful. The bus driver assigned to our trip, Capt Mike, was a safe and excellent driver, very personable, and helped us all so much. Our bus was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use Whitecastle Tours again.

As I didn’t take the bus, but from the people who took it had a very good experience and whole trip was comfortable. Good facilities and driver Chris always arrived ahead of time for pick up. If next year we still need bus travel, it’s no doubt will choose your company again.

This was my first time using Whitecastle for our Grad Nite trip. I’ve been doing GN for 6yrs and this was by far the best bus experience I’ve had in my years working with bus companies. What I’ve learned is you want a company that has their own buses and Whitecastle is that company. All the drivers were great and friendly as well. Highly recommend them!
