Very unprofessional company that lacks any actual care or respect for their customers. When requesting to terminate services, I was instead patronized and reminding of how times I rescheduled services and that I still had one remaining service on my contract. The customer care advocate was extremely rude, unprofessional, and began to argue with me, he didn’t once attempt to give me solution or meet me in the middle to explain my options. The service is no longer a necessity or a priority amongst all other important things in life. When asked to speak with a manager they said he was unavailable, obviously they only care of the money aspect of the business versus pleasing their customers. Do Not do business with this company! I’m sure there’s better and more professional pest companies out there!!! Stay Away!

Very polite, personable, made us feel comfortable with there professional and down too earth perspectives. We appreciated their courteous personalities. Appreciate the sprays that are used are pet friendly. Pricing is manageable and appreciate they give a military discount. Thank you Dillion and Preston for your making sure our home is pest and insect controlled .

The company stole funds from my bank account, failed to provide effective services, and does not communicate with dissatisfied customers. Buyer beware!
