They sell used watch winders. Looks like it was taken apart and used a buffing compound to make it look glossy and still didn’t buff some remaining compound off. There were clear scratches and some ware and tare where you would expect from parts that would have friction over the years. However, should be brand new. Maybe I just got unlucky to get that peice, however it happened twice. So I can only come to a conclusion that it was no accident. But, the replacement they sent me was a lot better than the first one that I had to return. I feel so ripped off, I spend over $900 in total on a watch winder that I could have bought with half the price. It’s almost like they think people don’t know how a brand new product looks like. I mean these things are hand crafted ffs. Anyways, just seems like I’m the only one that got ripped off, just had to write this review. My first ever review written about a company. I would give no stars but won’t allow

Watch arrived quicker than anticipated and I love it. I get lots of compliments on it. It is a little big for my wrist but I make it work. Would definitely buy from this vendor again.
