This is a long overdue review, but Shane and his crew is class act. The way contractor should be, he is very fair and treat you like a friend. After getting gouged by previous HVAC contractors, it is a breath of fresh air to work with Shane and Tru Blue. He charges very fair prices for topping up the refrigerant for example. When there was a problem due to a misdiagnosis that was really not his fault, he fixed the problem without any extra charge. I would recommend Shane and True Blue every time!
