I had never ordered from an online store before. I was browsing and found the Ifish Store. I ordered 5 African Cichlids. I was worried about my order coming when I was going out of town. I liked them on Facebook and sent them a message. They responded promptly and assured me my order would come when I was ready. They even let me change my order around a little bit. I ordered 3 inch fish and they arrived with very vibrant colors right out of the bag. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy online. I don't know how they feel about it but I found that Facebook messenger was a great way to communicate with them.

All the cichlids I got have amazing color no tare fins recommend getting the strawberry albino peacock any way everything is fine customer service good website good fishes good options just that it took over 3 weeks for them to ship them it got here the next day doe 10/10 recommend 4.9 stars thank you ! :)

Fish arrived happy and healthy. Owners were happy to answer any questions. Only hiccup was on FedEx’s end. The fish were packaged so well that even a small shipping delay didn’t affect the fish. I will be doing business with them again, and highly recommending this awesome business.

Order was a day late but it was a FedEx issue not the fish store. Only 1 fish arrived dead but they took care of the issue immediately. Fish were all healthy and extremey vivrantly colored even after being in the dark for 2 days. All fish ate when I fed a couple hours after being released .

I have known Frank ever since since 2021. I use to live in nyc but never knew the gold mine that existed in Queens. I was in the city and was looking for stores that sold discus fish and came across the IFish website. It was a hop, skip, and jump from the Bronx where I was at so I set up time frame in which I would be able to stop in. I was not prepared for what I saw. An aquatic warehouse! Wow! I was amazed I had never seen anything like this before. It seemed as though there were tanks of all sizes and shapes. There were different sections for each species of fish. But, most of all the variety and cleanliness of the warehouse was extraordinary! There were no dead fish in any of the tanks that I saw, none at all! The filtration systems were extraordinary as well. I did notice that there was a quarantine area that was away from the other stock that had its own filtration system and ventilation system. There was everything from guppies to catfish, to coy fish, to cichlids and more!!!. I purchased a 10 pack of discus and a few African cichlids and a couple of catfish. Believe it or not I still have most of the discus. I lost a lot of fish in a move. I just ordered and received 18 fish that were packaged superbly and shipped expertly. I highly recommend the IFish store and Tri-County Tropicals.
