I was born and raised in Houston TX and graduated from Stratford High School in west Houston in 1992. My father is a real estate investor and growing up I learned about residential and commercial development. These were my first experiences in real estate and this peaked my interest. Upon graduating from Baylor University 1996, with a Bachelor of Business Administration emphasis in Marketing, I received both the Texas realtor licensing and insurance licensing. Landing a position with Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company. I exceeded my sales goals every year, and also had an opportunity to practice real estate on the weekends working as a realtor in Houston. My interest grew into a passion for real estate and even though I was a top producer for Colonial, I longed for the real estate projects I was working on.
After 10 years with the same company, I finally decided to retire from the insurance business and put all of my time and efforts into real estate. I Studied for two years for my Texas Real Estate Brokerage license and started my own realty brokerage. I became an overnight success in the North East Houston. Todd Womack and I met while we were building our dream homes on Lake Houston and we shared so many common interests and became friends from the get go!
Todd's commercial real estate experience and my residential experience combined to create a full service brokerage that is versed in all aspects of real estate .
