Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency

This place is horrible, triaged our cat as not critical where if they had just checked Blue Pearl hospital they would have seen he was as he had lost 1/4 of his weight. They said his glucose was a little high and we should have it recheck in a month. Talk about misdiagnosed after waiting for 4 hours, we went there since it was a Saturday so only emergency vets were open and we couldn't get him into blue pearl. He was doing much worse so we took him to our vet, Vancouver vet hospital, and they said he was in full diabetic attack and was critical and started him on insulin that day but by that time too much damage had been done and with feeding tube and insulin and other meds to make him feel better he died 2 days later. They said those 2 days were critical to him making it. They should be closed down and didn't seem to care. Otherwise they would have gotten his records in that 4 hours and maybe he would have lived.
