We had a wonderful time, and will tell our friends this should be on their bucket list

Everyone was really friendly and nice. My son and I had a great experience and they made us feel comfortable.

Overall everyone had a good time... however, a few things left me a bit disapointed with the "wine tour". The most bizarre was expecting credit card / debit card information to be written down on a slip of paper. I felt that was extremely outdated and unsecure... I was COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE with that process. No ATM and unable to use my card on file.. how am I supposed to feel confident my card information is safe? Second, maybe I assumed but none of the wines were explained, no history of the wineries visitied, and being a wine tasting, I thought that would be included. We were just kind of dumped off at each site... we also received bread instead of a meat and cheese board as expected, and the last winery visited didn't seem like they could handle the amount of guests.. they didn't have food available or enough seating and tables... lastly, having to pay a high gratuity up front without having the experience first rubbed me the wrong way... I probably wouldn't have given as high of a tip cause I didn't feel anyone really did anything besides snap a couple pics. All and all, I dont think I'd spend the money again for this experience unfortunately.

We had captain Mike on Friday morning and it was great! He seemed like he has some amazing experience and I wish he would have talked more! We have been 1 time before with a different company in Temecula, and I will say, this one was a lot more organized and efficient. As far as the whole experience, it did seem a little short, as we were in our cars headed back home at 8:15am. But I believe we were in the air for around 45 minutes, which is to be expected. They serve champagne and take lots of pictures. A great experience all around :)

This was at the top of my bucket list and ot was truly amazing. They are experienced, well organized and so very friendly. This is an adventure to do again and again...and I will!

Overall our experience was great, friendly staff made the trip a pleasure.

This has been our second time doing the air balloon and the experience was just as amazing as the first time. All pilots are wonderful, knowledgeable and social. Oceana is great with registration and sign in. Highly recommend and will definitely do again.
