Lets first start off with how unprofessional Malory Myers was when I spoke to her on the phone today! I reported the crappy condition of the asphalt for their managed property at 7808 Cherry Creek Dr South. Many of the parents who drop their kids off to Rocky Mountain Prep are hitting pot holes and when I brought it up to their attention they give the COVID excuse we are working on it and there's a lack of asphalt so we can't get it fixed until October! STG Group (owners) need to get a work around because when you damage tires and rims behind your POOR EXCUSE OF MANAGEMENT we are left holding the wrong end of the stick! I can't believe how horrible Stream Realty is and let's just note this isn't my first dealings with them I have had to deal with them in the professional arena for their lack of follow up with NFPA guidelines to their multiple buildings they manage! Get it together or we parents will be giving you our repair tickets and demanding payment!
