We have lived here for almost 8 years and love it here. The office staff are friendly (they get to know us by name) and courteous; I feel like they really care about the residents. The maintenance crew are awesome as well, they respond quickly (depending on the urgency of the problem) and are also courteous.

I enjoyed living here! Had to move due to issues with my roommate who wouldnt pay rent on a timely manner. And i got a new nursing job in denver. When should we expect our security deposit back??

The only reason I say the value is a 4 instead of a 5 is that a $1650rent without utilities feels pretty high just to live in a space, but the quality of my time spent at Stonegate was the best I've experienced yet (since living on my own).
